Actually the injectors are a million times easier than the glow plugs. Depending which engine, mine you have to remove throttle body and egr valve and cooler and millions of other things and drain coolant, Injector are a five minute job. Other 2.0 TDCI ford engines glow plugs are at the back of the engine right down there!! And even worse.

Hi I have changed the EGR valve on my focus 1,6 tdci -09 calibrated the valve. I still get fault code P0490 and P042F after about 50 km. I have also checked that I have 5V at pin no 1.
