Day 1: Old Town Prague. Prague’s insanely lovely Old Town has been the beating heart of the city for centuries. It stretches out to the East and South of a bend in the Vltava River. The Old Town Square, smack dab in the middle, holds several of Old Town’s main attractions and much of its historical significance. One and half day is enough to see the important center of Prague, and one day for Plzen too.. BUT first is important what would you like to do in Plzen there. If you want to go there primary to see the Patton museum, than dont go, there is nothink important to see and in Prague Vitkov monument has te museum much more better atmosphere. For day two of your 3 days in Prague, we’ll take you to one of the most popular tourist attractions in Prague (Prague Castle) and through a couple of beautiful parks. Depending on how in-depth you choose to delve into each place, there’s enough free time built into this Prague itinerary to simply wander and explore the city at your own pace. Letna Park. Hopefully, for your one day in Prague, you will have good weather. Even if not, walking to Letna Park will be the perfect city escape if you are just tired of being around too many people all day. Walk to the green space to have a nice sit and think while enjoying the birds-eye view over Prague. Trust me on this.three days is NOT enough! We are now planning on going back in 2016 and currently plan on spending 10 - 14 days. Now, a couple will be day trips out to places we want to visit, but most of our time will be spent in Prague and surroundings.Yes, we saw most of the "tourist" spots, but didn't really get a good feel for what we You can also check out my favourite breakfast places in Prague (not all are in historic places, but the breakfast is always great) Cafe Slavia – Smetanovo Nabrezi 1012/2, Prague 1. Cafe Louvre – Narodni 22, Prague 1. Kavarna Adria – Narodni 36, Prague 1. Cafe Imperial – Na Porici 1072/15. The city is a bit farther – about 3 hours from Prague by train – and might be better as an overnight trip. But if you don’t have enough time for that, it’s still totally worth it as a day trip from Prague if you get an early start to your day. If you don’t want to deal with logistics on your own, consider taking this guided day tour.
